Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy

Jewel Manas offers a transparent Lifetime Exchange and Buyback scheme on all our fine jewelry collections. Upgrading or liquidating your assets is safe and secure.

Lifetime Exchange Terms

Exchange your old Jewel Manas jewelry for new designs at the following valuation rates:

• Lab-Grown Diamonds: 90% of the prevailing diamond value or invoice rate, whichever is higher.
• Gold/Platinum: 100% of the prevailing market metal rate on the day of exchange.
• Making Charges & Taxes: Non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

Lifetime Buyback Terms

Liquidate your assets securely with our buyback program:

• Lab-Grown Diamonds: 80% of the prevailing diamond value or invoice rate, whichever is higher.
• Gold/Platinum: 97% of the prevailing market metal rate on the day of return.

Verification Requirements

The original invoice and lab certification report (IGI/GIA) must be presented during buyback/exchange evaluations. In the absence of reports, standard grading fees will be deducted for fresh certification.
