Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Secure Shipping: Free for all orders within India. Typically dispatches within 3-5 business days and arrives within 2-4 days post-dispatch.
• Bespoke Custom Orders: Dispatch timelines vary (typically 10-15 business days) as they are individually handcrafted. Details are communicated at design sign-off.

Signature & Delivery Requirements

For security, an adult signature (18+) and proof of ID are required upon delivery for all high-value items. Logistics personnel will not leave packages unattended or deliver to third-party drop-off points.

Packaging & Presentation

Your jewelry arrives in our signature, luxury presentation box, packed inside an unbranded outer box for safety. Outer boxes do not bear any jewelry branding to avoid attracting unwanted attention.
