Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
• Must include the original sales receipt, certification reports (IGI/GIA), packaging boxes, and labels.
• Security tags attached to the jewelry must not be cut or removed.
• Bespoke/custom-engraved rings are eligible for exchange/store credit only, not direct cash refunds.

How to Return

1. Contact our support team at support@jewelmanas.com to request a return authorization.
2. We will arrange a secure, insured pick-up at no cost to you.
3. Place all items inside the original shipping box. Hand over the package to our designated courier after verifying their identity code.

Refund Processing

Once your item is received, it will undergo inspection by our gemologists. Approved returns are processed within 7-10 business days, refunded to the original payment method.
